Following are the terms and conditions that constitute our Shipping Policy.

DOMESTIC SHIPPING POLICY

Shipment processing time

All standard orders are processed within 3-5 business days.  If expedited is chosen for shipping speed the order is pushed to the top of our shipping queue and will be processed in 1-3 business days.  Typical transit time from ship date is between 1-5 days - tracking will be emailed upon shipment. 

Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

Shipping rates

Domestic (United States) : We provide Free Shipping on all orders within the continental U.S.

US Shipments to Alaska and Hawaii: Email us at info@treadlitebroadforks.com for a custom shipping quote.  In your email request include your shipping address as well as the desired model broadfork. 

We do not ship to PO Boxes.  If your shipping address is a PO Box on your order we will reach out to request a physical street address for shipment. 

Shipment confirmation & Order tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.


INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING POLICY

We do ship outside the U.S. - Email us at info@treadlitebroadforks.com for a custom international quote.  In your email request include your shipping address as well as the desired model broadfork.
